What will be doing?
As a Senior Project Manager you will fundamentally be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This will require skilful management of stakeholder expectations, resource management and planning to ensure there is no impact to success.
- Provide end-to-end Project Management for multiple, concurrent projects
- Project resource management – planning, organising, tracking and management of resources across multiple workstreams.
- Influence and manage stakeholder relationships, to ensure projects get delivered to time, cost and scope.
- Risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project momentum by facilitating and influencing project productivity
- Having the ability to continuously assess and redirect workflow to prevent any disruption or blockers
- Identify problem areas, gaps and ways to improve operational efficiency
- Ensuring ownership is maintained and being able to enforce accountability to support the project moving forward
- Support and mediate the relationship between both parties and ensure full transparency is given, even when there may be unwanted disruptions to the project
What experience do I need?
- Previous experience within end-to-end Project Management
- Previous experience within IT / technical project delivery
- Proven ability to manage and influence project teams, across multiple workstreams
- Strong communication skills – able to professionally guide and ‘push back’ when required to ensure project success
- Experience of working within a Waterfall methodology
- Stakeholder management – internal and external
- Strong organisation skills
What would be desirable?
- Prince 2, AMP or equivalent PM certification
- Cloud migration, digital transformation project experience
- Experience of working for a technical consultancy

What will be doing?
- Work alongside technical SME’s to create the content and deliver the completed written responses / bid proposals by agreed deadlines
- Demonstrate comprehension and create new content, where required, tailoring to suit each tender
- Complete sector and client research to with the purpose of enhancing the bid response
- Research and identifying the best opportunities and/or frameworks as suitable for Shaping Cloud based on industry, specialism or target customer, carrying out initial desktop qualifications of opportunities
- Establish a library of bid templates and provide continuous development of the bid library
- Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers
- Co-ordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission
- Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.
- Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation (such as providing guidance around the executive summary).
- Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer.
- Work with the Sales leaders to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure win themes are clear and compelling.
What experience do I need?
- Previous experience in writing content for successful bids.
- Experience and knowledge of the end-to-end bid process.
- Demonstrable understanding commercial value.
- Knowledge of the tender and / or frameworks registration process
- Excellent literacy and proof-reading skills.
- Proficiency within Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – including use of templating features
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently and build rapport quickly with both internal and external stakeholders
What would be desirable?
- Previous experience of working within a lead/ senior bid, proposal, or tender type position.
- Experience within or knowledge of public sector procurement processes
- Passion or interest in technology.
- APMP/PRINCE2 qualification is desirable

What will be doing?
Within our Delivery Squads, you will be paired with seasoned Azure Engineers like yourself, Azure Architects, Technical PMs, and a lead Technical Consultant. We operate in an Agile environment, using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Azure Migrate, and align to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well Architected Framework.
You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of enterprise scale customers and will work as a key member of our project delivery team, where you will support the customers’ ability to build and deploy to cloud services and release software.
- You will work well within a team and promote a DevOps culture in all that you do
- Support the implementation of DevOps processes and tooling
- Automate the configuration and management of cloud workloads in Azure
- Be entrepreneurial and offer contribution to technical solutions, whilst work in a cross-collaborative team environment.
- Support automated build, configuration, test and deployments of applications to cloud agnostic platforms.
- Utilize IaC to achieve the configuration and deployment of Azure environment and workloads
What experience do I need?
- Previous experience of working within Azure DevOps (or equivalent CI/CD tooling)
- Experience in deploying CI/ CD pipelines
- Experiencing building and configuring cloud services using Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Terraform
- Setting up landing zones
- Previous experience building and configuring Azure IaaS and PaaS service
- Strong knowledge of core Azure infrastructure components such as Networking and Storage, Security capabilities such as KeyVault, and App hosting options such as VMs, App Services and AKS.
